The Bardons & Oliver contract manufacturing facility in northeast Ohio features a variety of CNC machining centers offering the ideal size for your particular parts. Complete pre-production process routers, fixture design, tooling management and machine load scheduling make us the ideal manufacturer for the machining of large complex precision parts delivered on time.

 

Offering large part capacity on both vertical CNC machining centers and horizontal CNC machining centers, most machining centers are equipped with multi pallet shuttle systems to allow continuous spindle run time which minimizes set up time, keeps production moving through the shop, reduces delivery time and lowers part cost.

 

Most CNC machining centers offer “lights out” unattended operation to further reduce the cost of complex precision parts and delivery time. The Bardons & Oliver work force has the ability to work flexible hours and shift from machining center to machining center within our shop to meet your delivery requirements.

 

In many cases fixtures remain on the pallet and tooling remains in the machine magazine to allow “flexible” scheduling by the customer and quick response on special delivery needs. Parts can be run and delivered within hours if needed.
