For contract manufacturing outsourcing of CNC turning work, Bardons & Oliver offers both state of the art horizontal turning and vertical turning capacity. Our goal is to provide the best available solution to your particular turning application.

 

At our Solon, Ohio facility, located just outside of Cleveland, available resources include large vertical turning lathes handling part diameters up to 80 inches and lengths up to 60 inches. Large capacity horizontal turning lathes handle part diameters up to 32 inches and lengths up to 144 inches.

 

Bardons & Oliver has many years of expertise as a contract manufacturer for turning hubs, rotors, pistons, couplings, spindles, gear blanks, die blanks and other large round parts. Predominately in metal contract manufacturing, Bardons & Oliver has experience as a manufacturer of parts in alloy steel, stainless steel, iron and steel castings and forgings.
